Description
3 Layer Tulle Tutu Skirt. Made from 3 Layers of 100% polyester tulle with elastic waist. Available in 3-4 sizes. PLEASE measure your waist AND hips to determine proper size. These skirts are costume accessory pieces and not sized like regular clothing. *Note - Tulle is a sheer fabric. You will need booty shorts or leggings underneath!
3 layers of soft polyester tulle. Satin covered elastic waistband for comfort. Wear over shorts, leggings, biker shorts, leotard, or other clothing. Can be cut for a customized look without fraying. Can be used (and reused) for a Halloween costume. Iron on cool setting to decrease wrinkles and help fluff. Hand wash, lay flat to dry.
