Shipping

 We Ship Monday - Friday (with the exception of holidays) to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipments are sent via UPS or United Postal Service to physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders are fulfilled and generally leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. However, same-day and next-day shipments are not guaranteed unless express shipping has been selected.

* All mascot shipping ground rates are $60.00 and require 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. After purchasing a mascot from our website, you will receive an additional shipping notification prior to receiving the shipment.


Expedited Shipping Rates

 All expedited orders must be received by 12 PM Eastern Standard time for same-day shipping. Mascots do not qualify for expedited shipping.

3 - Day Select
Add $12.95 to standard shipping.
Shipments will arrive within 3 business days.

2 - Day Air
Add $16.96 to the standard shipping.
Shipments will arrive within 2 business days.

Next - Day Air
Add $25.95 to standard shipping.
Shipments will arrive by end of day the next day.

Returns

 We are unable to accepts returns or exchanges for products purchased during peak Halloween Season. All sales are final between October 15th - November 5th. Please contact us with any concerns or problems with manufacturer defects.
