
PARTY RESERVATIONS
Thank you for choosing one our fun birthday party packages. We look forward to celebrating your child’s birthday! Reservation policies are listed below. Please contact us with any questions.
▪ Deposit is required to reserve the date and time - $50.00 for Standard Package, $100.00 for Deluxe Package, and $100.00 for Premium Package. Reservations are not guaranteed until the contract has been signed and the deposit paid. We recommend booking your party at your earliest convenience to ensure your preferred date and time. Please provide at least a two week notice; however, depending on the party package, we may be able to accommodate a shorter time frame.
▪ Remaining balance is due prior to the party. Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time to finalize payment.
PARTY SCHEDULE
▪ STANDARD PACKAGE – 45 minutes of activities/crafts/photos, 45 minutes for cake/presents (Cake is not included in package.)
▪ DELUXE PACKAGE – 45 minutes of activities/crafts/photos, 30 minutes for food/beverages, 45 minutes for cake/presents
▪ PREMIUM PACKAGE – 45 minutes of activities/crafts/photos, 30 minutes for food/beverages, 45 minutes for cake/presents
PARTY GUIDELINES
We hope that your party will be both memorable and entertaining. To help ensure the best possible experience we ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:
▪ Party specialists will assist your guests with the selected activity, serve food and beverages included with the party packages, and entertain the birthday guests during the party. Setup and cleanup is included in our service. Party specialists can also record a gift list so you can enjoy watching your child open his or her birthday presents or take photos.
▪ Standard Party Packages do not include time for food because it is a 90 minute party. However, time is scheduled for cake. Please provide cake and candles, or we can provide one of your choice with candles, as an additional service. Any cakes provided by Fun-tastic Parties must be ordered prior to the party. Paper plates and utensils will be provided for serving the cake.
▪ Necessary paper goods are supplied for Deluxe and Premium packages. Candles are supplied with the cakes in the Deluxe and Premium packages.
▪ Final party count is due three days (72 hours) before the party. The final cost of the party will be based on the final count. Because we have planned for the proper number of crafts/activities and food, we are unable to credit or refund for guests who do not attend. Please notify us as soon as possible, if the final count will be higher than the estimated number of attendees so we may plan accordingly.
▪ THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION LESS THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE PARTY OR FAILURE TO SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED PARTY.
▪ Gratuities are not required. Your Party Specialists are permitted to accept gratuities if you and your guests have had a wonderful and unforgettable experience.
▪ If you have enjoyed your party and we have exceeded your expectations, we ask you to share the news with your friends and family. We appreciate the referral and will send you a $10 gift certificate for Mr. Fun’s Costumes if your child’s name is mentioned as a referral when the birthday party reservation is made. We cannot extend this offer after the party has been reserved.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/Refunds: Any party that gets canceled by the parent/host will be refunded as follows:
▪ If cancellation occurs at least four weeks prior to party date, total deposit will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee.
▪ If cancellation occurs 15 days prior to party date, 50% of deposit will be refunded (not to exceed fees already received by Fun-tastic Parties).
▪ If cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to party date, no refund will occur.
Disclaimer (Please READ and SIGN below):
I (We), the undersigned,
on behalf of ourselves, our children, and our guests, assume the risks of any liability and release Fun-tastic Parties/Mr. Fun LLC, its owners and employees, from any and all liability for losses, injuries, and damages arising directly or indirectly from the party, and reimbursing Fun-tastic Parties/Mr. Fun LLC for any damages/losses because of attendees at the party, and notifying attendees that Fun-tastic Parties/ Mr. Fun LLC reserves the right to use any photos taken at the party for marketing purposes as desired, unless notified by me before usage takes place, and agree to make timely payment as specified.
Fun-tastic Parties at Mr. Fun’s! has a list of extra services which can be provided for an additional fee.
